ss501(pronounced as Double-S 501 or Deo Beul E Seul Oh Gong 11) is a famous band from south Korea under management of Desung Entertainment also known as DSP Entertainment.The name of band is a combination of the alphalet and number that have special meanings in them.The first "s" stands for "Super".Then,the second "S" is an abbrevation for whatever they want to be start with "S",Star/Singer etc.The number of 5,0, and 1 means 5 members united as one forever.Their official fan club is known as "Triple S".There are only three official "Triple S" currently but more surfacing from other countries and waiting for DSP to recognise them.
